Hotel Policy

  1. Consent to the rules and their changes

    1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel Policy" or "Rules") in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, sets forth the expected conduct for guests during their stay at our hotel. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

    2. By making a booking or reservation on the website www.gudauriski.ge you consent that you have read and accepted these Rules, confirm your understanding of these Rules, acknowledging that they are clear and unambiguous.

    3. With each new session you initiate on the website, you agree to the modified Rules, if any.

  2. Reservations and Bookings

    1. Reservations and Bookings are made via website, phone, or any other means of electronic communication.

  3. Check-in Policy

    1. The Chek-ins at the Hotel are done manually with the help respective representatives of the Hotel or contactless via automated process.

    2. Guests are required to present a valid identification document and their booking ID number during the check-in process.

    3. The hotel reserves the right to record a No-show if an invalid identification document or incorrect booking ID is presented.

    4. The Hotel may make copies of guests' identification documents for record-keeping purposes. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    5. If the Booking has not been prepaid, Guests shall pay the full amount for their stay in cash at the time of check-in.

    6. Room keys, along with keys for any additional services (e.g., ski depot), will be provided to the Guest during check-in. For contactless Check-ins, Guests will receive a special code to access a key-box containing their room and service keys.

    7. Details regarding Check-in times and Late Check-in procedures are outlined in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

  4. Payment Policy

    1. All payments not completed online or via bank transfer shall be made in cash.

    2. Full payment for the booking is required prior to check-in.

    3. Any additional charges or service fees will be communicated to the guest upon request.  

  5. Room Occupancy and Visitors

    1. Guests shall adhere to the Room occupancy limits as specified in the Booking form.

    2. Visitors are permitted in rooms until 22:00. No additional Guests are allowed to stay overnight in the room unless the supplementary fee for an extra person is paid.

  6. Amenities and Services

    1. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

    2. Additional paid room cleaning services are available daily until 18:00, with the following options:

      1. Basic room cleaning and tidying (excluding change of bed sheets, towels, bathrobes, and bathroom amenities) is available for 40 GEL per request.

      2. Comprehensive room cleaning and tidying (including change of bed sheets, towels, bathrobes, and bathroom amenities) is available for 60 GEL per request.

    3. Free public parking is available in designated areas around the hotel building.

    4. Access to private underground parking is available for an additional fee, which can be provided upon request.

    5. The Hotel offers a 24/7 concierge service located in the lobby. The fee for this service is included in the booking payment.

  7. Safety and Security

    1. The Hotel's outside perimeter and common areas are monitored with 24/7 audio and video surveillance for enhanced security.

    2. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for any valuables left unsecured in the Rooms.

    3. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables lost within guest rooms or anywhere else in the hotel building. All items found in rooms will be handled in accordance with the Lost and Found Policy outlined herein.

    4. All Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and smoke alarm systems for Guest safety.

    5. Smoking inside the Rooms or anywhere within the Hotel building is strictly prohibited, in accordance with both the hotel's internal regulations and the laws of Georgia. A penalty of 50 GEL will be imposed for each violation of this smoking regulation.

    6. Smoking is permitted only in designated open spaces outside the Hotel building and on the open balconies of hotel rooms.

  8. Noise and Conduct Norms

    1. Noise levels must adhere to the property rules and the laws of Georgia. Any deviation from these regulations may result in fines as stipulated by Georgian legislation.

    2. Disorderly conduct is strictly prohibited and may lead to eviction without a refund.

  9. Pet Policy

    1. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

  10.  Check-out Policy

    1. Check-outs at the Hotel are done manually with the help respective representatives of the Hotel or contactless via automated process.

    2. During the Check-out procedure the Room and room equipment conditions are checked.

    3. During manual Check-out, the Guests shall return room keys and any keys for additional services (e.g., ski depot) to a Hotel representative. For contactless Check-out, these keys should be placed in the designated key-safe located outside the room. After placing the keys in the safe, Guests are required to lock it and randomize the safe code.

    4. Details regarding Check-out times and Late Check-out procedures are outlined in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

  11. Damage and Incidents

    1. Guests shall be held responsible for any damage to hotel property.

    2. A fine of 10 GEL will be imposed for any damage or loss of kitchen flatware, plates, glasses, pots, or other serving items, as well as for damage to small room equipment.

    3. A fine of 100 GEL will be imposed for any damage or loss of bed lineal, towels, bathrobes, curtains or other Room equipment and items.

    4. Any damage or loss of major Room elements, furniture, or electronic devices will incur a significant fine, based on an assessment of the actual damage.

    5. Charges for any damage incurred will be applied either at the time of occurrence or during check-out. If a Safety Deposit was provided, the cost of damages will be deducted from this deposit. Should the deposit be insufficient to cover the damage, additional charges will be requested from the Guest.

  12. Communication with the Hotel Staff

    1. Guests are encouraged to communicate with hotel staff via telephone or electronic means. Contact details for such communication will be provided to every Guest in the special Guest Welcome Notice.

  13. Environmental Policy  

    1. Guests will receive notices detailing environmental precautions, encouraging adherence to the hotel's environmental policies.

    2. Guests are kindly requested to turn off all electricity in their rooms before leaving the hotel.

    3. Guests are advised to ensure all running water is turned off before leaving their room.

    4. Guests are asked to close all windows and balcony doors before leaving their room, except as needed for essential ventilation.

  14. Lost and Found Policy

    1. Guests are required to promptly report to the hotel staff any personal items found in their room that do not belong to them.

    2. If a valuable item is found, the hotel will notify the previous guest who occupied the room. This disclosure will be made carefully to protect the privacy of the item's owner.

    3. The hotel reserves the right to discard items of low value that are found during room cleaning.

    4. The Valuable lost items will be retained by the hotel for a period of one month.

    5. Valuable lost items may be returned to their original owner either in person or via postal service, with the shipping costs borne by the owner.
